Guadalajara is Mexico’s second largest city with a population of over 5 million. Even though it is a sprawling metropolis it has some very unique areas with one of the best being Centro Historico. This post will show you photos of the Guadalajara Centro Historico, an area where you can enjoy fantastic architecture and see the amazing murals done by Jose Clemente Orozco.

Final Thoughts
Wandering around this historical area introduces you to many aspects of Mexican culture. Even though you are in the middle of a city it is not over crowded and Guadalajara Centro Historico is a great place to wander for a day or two.
